We hear you! Over the years, many producers have asked us, "How do we sell environmental insurance?" and, "Where can we get detailed information about claims and hot-selling industries?"

 

This is the place. This page is intended to provide producers with information to help market environmental coverages. This page will periodically be updated to provide information on specific industries, industries that are currently buying environmental coverages, industries that are more recession-resistant and industries that may be positively affected by the recent economic stimulus legislation. The information is collected from our own experiences in the environmental industry, from news articles and from USEPA press releases. Please check back often for updates.

 

The files in the "Specific Industries that Require Environmental Insurance" section are in Word format and there are spaces where you are free to use your own logos and contact information. These files contain information about specific industries, the economic outlook for that industry, typical coverages written for that industry and submission requirements. The files in the "Real-World Environmental Incidents and Claim Examples" provides press clippings and news releases about environmental claims, incidents, EPA violations and recent news events.  All the files are in Abode Acrobat format.
