Environmental Engineers, Consultants and Contractors

FEI writes all types of environmental engineers, consultants and contractors through Endurance U.S. Insurance Operations. Available coverage includes commercial general liability, contractors pollution liability, professional liability and commercial excess. The program is available in all states. FEI offers limits of liability of up to $17,000,000. 

 

Environmental Impairment Liability

FEI writes pollution coverage on a wide variety of exposures including manufacturing, commercial real estate, public entities, hospitality, health care and industrial facilities. Coverage is written through Endurance U.S. Insurance Operations and includes environmental impairment liability, underground storage tank liability and commercial general liability for some risks. The program is available in all states. FEI offers limits of liability of up to $17,000,000 and policy periods up to ten years

 

 

Hazardous Materials Trucking

FEI writes hazardous materials and hazardous waste haulers through Arch Insurance Group. The available coverage includes auto liability, physical damage, pollution, cargo, property, inland marine and commercial general liability for some risks. The program is available in all states except Alaska, Louisiana, Massachusetts and certain areas of Florida, New York and New Jersey. FEI is able to make all required filings.

 

 

Engineers, Analytical Testing Firms, Laboratories and Oil & Gas Consultants

FEI writes many types of non-environmental engineers, analytical testing firms, laboratories and oil and gas consultants through Underwriters at Lloyds, London and First Mercury Insurance Company. Available coverage includes commercial general liability, contractor’s pollution liability and professional liability. The program is available in all states. FEI has in house authority up to $2,000,000 limit of liability and can provide up to $5,000,000 in most cases.
