An update on our COVID-19 related practices and procedures: FEI has lifted its previous approach of suspending all policy cancellations for non-payment of premium.

Our current approach is to follow each state’s guidance on procedures for granting grace periods for non-payment of premium. Please note that in many states, the grace periods have expired.

 

In addition, we still encourage the use of electronic payments and electronic bank transfers during this time.  Please contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns.
